June 08: View from the balcony door of my safe house room at the Connecticut House...the white flat top building in the very background behind the pine trees in the middle is one of the building in the US Embassy Compound...it's a good feeling to live this close to the Embassy...we could be there knocking on the Embassy door in about 2 minutes if necessary in a crisis...hopefully that will never happen.
