It's been a few weeks since I posted any pictures...a very hectic time here. It's hard to describe how busy we are with the challenges of teaching the Afghan National Army intelligence officers. Here a few more pictures of recent happenings...
Hey Dadddy-o!!! Ang here....Just looked over the old blog. What a crazy thing and experience you are having over there. So glad you have been safe and protected, and pray you will continue to be. Love and miss you lots!!!
Hi Uncle Gerry! It's been a few weeks since I checked your blog -good to hear the updates and see pictures. Oddly enough, some of the pictures reminded me of Shanghai - not the specifics, perhaps, but relating to the "We live in a foreign country, here are some of the crazy things we see every day!" We sure admire the brave work you're doing; you're in our prayers!
Hi Gerry: I was on Stef's blog page and noticed "Major Dad" and wondered who that was and to my surprise there you were. I had no idea you were in Afghanistan. I will pray for the Spirit to blanket you with a protective safety net. May God bless you and keep you as you serve our country and serve mankind. Hopefully your sweet spirit will be an example to the many men you are in contact with and it generate a desire for balance and harmony among themselves.
You will be continually in my prayers until you arrive back home safely.
